Officers arrested the driver, Matthew Mark Huebner, age 37 of Readlyn on charges of OWI 3rd Offense, A class "D" Felony; Driving While License Barred, Aggravated Misdemeanor; and Assault on Persons of a Certain Occupation, a Serious Misdemeanor.

On November 30, 2019 at 11:18 p.m., Oelwein Police arrested Jason Lee Allen Nuehring, 34, of Oelwein. Nuehring was arrested on a Fayette County Probation Violation Warrant on an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Offense.
