On July 28, 2022 at 2:10 p.m., Oelwein Officers served an arrest warrant to a subject at the Oelwein Police Department.  Kirk Lee Dahl, age 69 of Oelwein, was arrested on original charges of Domestic Abuse Assault, a Serious Misdemeanor.

Oelwein Officers have summoned into court Jennifer Rene Anderson, age 40 of Oelwein, on a charge of Trespass.  The original incident occurred on July 25, 2022 at 12:10 p.m. in the 100 block of 6th Avenue SW.

On July 27, 2022 at 8:30 a.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 1300 block of South Frederick in Oelwein.  Officers arrested and charged Jammie Allen Aldrich, age 37 of Oelwein, with Driving While License Suspended, Interference With Official Acts, Improper Registration, and No Insurance.

At 3:42 p.m. on July 26th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Kistler Earl Prichett, 27, of Sumner. Prichett was arrested in the 10 block of 7th Ave NW on a Buchanan County warrant for an original charge of Driving While License Barred.

At 10:06 p.m. on July 26th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Lindsay Marie Nus, 34, of Oelwein. Nus was arrested on charges of Criminal Mischief (4th degree) - serious misdemeanor, and Trespassing (1st offense). This arrest was made after a disturbance was reported in the 100 block of 13th Ave SW. 

At 1:48 p.m. on July 25th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Henry L Watts, 43, of Waterloo. Watts was arrested on a charge of Forgery - felony. This arrest was made following a report of someone using fake money in the 700 block of South Frederick Ave.

At 6:04 p.m. on July 25th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Robert James Mason-Montgomery, 18, of Oelwein. Mason-Montgomery was arrested in the 500 block of North Frederick Ave on a Fayette County warrant for an original charge of Theft (4th degree).

At 4:58 a.m. on July 23rd, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Joshua John Dugan, 44, of Oelwein. Dugan was arrested on charges of Eluding - serious misdemeanor, Operating Under the Influence (1st offense) - serious misdemeanor, and Careless Driving. This arrest was made following a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Frederick Ave.

 At 7:17 p.m. on July 23rd, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Shawn Douglas Manning, 33, of Oelwein. Manning was arrested at 1st Ave NE and 2nd St NE on a Dubuque County warrant for Violation of Parole.

At 7:50 p.m. on July 24th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Larry Edwin Shannon, 56, of Fairbank. Shannon was arrested in the 10 block of West Charles on a Fayette County warrant for an original charge of Reckless Use of Fire or Explosives. Shannon was also charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (3rd or subsequent) - felony. 

At 2:24 p.m. on July 21st, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Bennie Lamont Dillard, 56, of Oelwein, Dillard was arrested in the 1500 block of South Frederick Ave on a Fayette County warrant for an original charge of Domestic Abuse Assault (1st offense).

At 9:03 p.m. on July 21st, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Michael Joseph Scott Pepin, 45, of Oelwein. Pepin was arrested in the 10 block of 12th Ave SE on a Fayette County warrant for an original charge of Violation of No Contact / Protective Order. 

At 10:20 p.m. on July 20th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Sarah Jayne Moore, 32, of Oelwein. Moore was arrested in the 500 block of 1st Ave NE on a Bremer County warrant for violation of probation.

At 4:57 p.m. on July 19th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Michael Anthony Loudermilk, 52, of Hazleton. Loudermilk was arrested on a charge of Driving While License Barred - aggravated misdemeanor. This arrest was made following a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Outer Road. 

At 6:04 a.m. on July 18th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Dean Adelbert Stone II, 45, of Oelwein. Stone was cited and released on a promise to appear on a charge of Driving While License Suspended - simple misdemeanor. This arrest was made following a traffic stop in the 100 block of 1st St SW. 

At 1:55 a.m. on July 17th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Casey James Dunne, 31, of Hazleton. Dunne was arrested on a charge of Operating Under the Influence (1st offense) - serious misdemeanor. This arrest was made following a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Frederick Ave.

At 3:28 p.m. on July 17th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested George Dewayne McMullen Jr., 32, of Oelwein. McMullen was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct (noise) - simple misdemeanor, and Interference with Official Acts - simple misdemeanor. This arrest was made after a disturbance was reported in the 100 block of 2nd St NW.

At 8:51 p.m. on July 17th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Dizney Marie Willenborg, 22, of Oelwein. Willenborg was cited and released on a charge of Driving While License Suspended - simple misdemeanor. This arrest was made following a traffic stop in the 800 block of 1st St SW.
