On April 1, 2020 at 9:43 A.M., Oelwein Police arrested Andrew James Nagel, 21, of Oelwein.  Nagel was arrested and charged with Burglary in the 2^nd Degree- C Felony and Attempted Burglary-Class D Felony. This arrest followed an incident in the 1300 block 6^th ST NE.

On March 31, 2020 at 9:32 A.M., Oelwein Police cited Chester Lee Mosby Jr, 21, of Oelwein.  Mosby was cited for Driving while License Suspended.  This citation followed a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Industrial Park Dr.

 On March 31, 2020 at 7:30 P.M., Oelwein Police cited Lucas Donald Folsom, 47, of Oelwein.  Folsom was cited for Discharge of Firearms in the city limits.  This citation followed an incident in the area of the 200 block of 12^th ST SW.

A 5:30 P.M., on March 22, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 100 block of 2^nd ST NE for a report of a Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation

A 10:48 P.M., on March 21, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 100 block of 5^th AV NE for a report of a Burglary.  This incident remains under investigation

A 9:17 A.M., on March 20, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 10 block of 5^th AV NE for a report of Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation

A 9:44 A.M., on March 18, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 10 block of 5^th AV NE for a report of Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation

ON March 17, 2020 Oelwein Police arrested Kayleigh Jane Harger, 34, of Oelwein.  Harger was charged with Criminal Mischief 5^th degree-Simple Misdemeanor and Disorderly Conduct- Simple Misdemeanor.  This arrest followed an incident in the 300 block 5^th AV SE.

A 6:06 P.M., on March 13, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 2300 block of South Fredrick Avenue for a report of Theft.  This incident remains under investigation

A 7:24 A.M., on March 2, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 400 block of 7^th AV SW for a report of a Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation

At 5:10 P.M., on March 8, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 100 block 7^th ST SW for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation

On March 8, 2020 at 9:16 P.M., Oelwein Police arrested Allyssa Michele Garrison, 25, of Oelwein.  Garrison was arrested on a Fayette County Warrant on original charges of Child Endangerment.  Garrison was also charged with Interference –Simple Misdemeanor. This arrest followed a traffic stop in the 400 block of East Charles.
