At 3:39 p.m. on December 1st, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Ronald Craig Dean, 45, of Oelwein. Dean was arrested in the 500 block of Rock Island Road on a Fayette County warrant for Probation Violations

At 2:38 a.m. on November 26th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Robert James Mason-Montgomery, 19, of Oelwein. Mason-Montgomery was arrested on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana) - serious misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - simple misdemeanor, Trafficking in Stolen Weapons - felony, Person Ineligible to Carry Dangerous Weapons - serious misdemeanor, and Use of a Dangerous Weapon in the Commission of a Crime - aggravated misdemeanor. This arrest was made following a traffic stop in the 10 block of North Frederick Ave. 

At 2:11 a.m. on November 24th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Linnea Dawn Martinez, 44, of Oelwein. Martinez was arrested on charges of Assault (displaying a dangerous weapon) - aggravated misdemeanor, and Disorderly Conduct (threats) - simple misdemeanor. This arrest was made following a report of a disturbance in the 200 block of 4th Ave NE.

At 2:56 p.m. on November 26th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Leslie Eugene Canfield, 57, of Oelwein. Canfield was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana - 1st offense) - serious misdemeanor, and cited for Failure to Maintain Control. This arrest was made following a report of a one vehicle accident in the 500 block of 1st Ave NE. 

At 3:18 a.m. on November 18th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Ronald Craig Dean, 45, of Oelwein. Dean was arrested on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana) - serious misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - simple misdemeanor, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug - serious misdemeanor, and Possession of Controlled Substance (3rd or subsequent offense) = felony. This arrest was made in the 200 block of 2nd St SE.

At 10:54 p.m. on November 19th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Dylan Paul Dewolf, 29, of Oelwein. Dewolf was arrested in the 10 block of 7th Ave SE on a Bremer County warrant for an original charge of Harassment - aggravated misdemeanor. 

At 4:03 p.m. om November 20th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Sarah Jayne Moore, 32, of Oelwein. Moore was arrested on a charge of Assault - simple misdemeanor. This arrest was made following a report of a disturbance in the 900 block of 1st St NW. 

At 6:14 p.m. on November 17th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Wade Alan Heineman, 51, of Fairbank. Heineman was arrested on a charge of Disorderly Conduct (threats) - simple misdemeanor. This arrest was made after a report of a disturbance in the 1300 block of South Frederick Ave. 

At 3:32 p.m. on November 13th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Tabitha Rena Smith, 30, of Oelwein. Smith was arrested on charges of OWI (1st offense) - serious misdemeanor, Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana - 1st offense) - serious misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - simple misdemeanor. This arrest was made after a citizens report of suspicious activity in the 100 block of 3rd Ave NW. 

At 6:25 p.m. on November 14th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Lakesha S Hicks, 39, of Oelwein. Hicks was arrested in the 10 block of 2nd St NE on a Greene County Missouri warrant for an original charge of Property Damage (1st degree).

At 7:33 p.m. on November 14th, 2022, Oelwein Police assisted the Fayette County Sherriff's Office serving an arrest warrant. Subsequently, Tyler Jason Fitzpatrick, 32, of Waterloo was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) - serious misdemeanor. 

At 1:09 p.m. on November 12th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Chaz Franklin Euans, 35, of Oelwein. Euans was arrested at 1st Ave and 5th St NE on Fayette County warrants for original charges of Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

At 4:38 p.m. on November 7th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Aaron Frank Bryant-Wright, 41, of Oelwein. Bryant-Wright was arrested in the 300 block of 7th Ave NW on a Fayette County warrant for Probation Violation. 

At 1:18 a.m. on November 5th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Mark Matthew Hannan, 57, of Oelwein. Hannan was arrested on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana) - serious misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - simple misdemeanor. Hannan was subsequently arrested on a Fayette County warrant for an original charge of Driving While License Suspended, Canceled, or Revoked. This arrest was made following a traffic stop in the 300 block of 8th Ave SE.

At 4:11 p.m. on November 6th, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Thaddeus James Walker, 18, of Maynard. Walker was arrested in the 2500 block of South Frederick Ave on a Fayette County warrant for original charges of Burglary 2nd Degree and Domestic Abuse Assault (injury or mental illness) - 1st offense.

At 11:22 a.m. on November 3rd, 2022, Oelwein Police arrested Ian Nathaniel Morgan, 21, of Oelwein. Morgan was arrested in the 500 block of Rock Island Road on a Fayette County warrant for original charges of Child Endangerment - aggravated misdemeanor, and 2 counts of Animal Abuse - serious misdemeanor.
