On May 1, 2021 at 8:22 P.M., Oelwein Police arrested Michael Joseph Scott Pepin, 44, of Oelwein. Pepin was arrested and charged with Child Stealing-Class C Felony, Assault causing Serious Injury- D Felony, 2 counts of Going armed with Intent- Class D Felony, Child Endangerment- Aggravated Misdemeanor and Reckless Driving-Simple Misdemeanor. This arrest followed an incident in the Oelwein City Park Campground.
On April 30, 2021 at 10:25 p.m., Oelwein Officers were called to the 1100 block of 1st Avenue SW for a reported domestic dispute. Officers arrested Kamie Coe Voges, age 41 of Oelwein for Domestic Abuse Assault, a Simple Misdemeanor.
On April 28, 2021 at 4:18 P.M., Oelwein Police arrested Jason Patrick Flynn, 43, of Oelwein. Flynn was arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st. This arrest followed an incident in the 10 block 1st AV SE.
On April 28, 2021 at 7:23 P.M., Oelwein Officers were called to the 200 block 7th ST NE for a reported Criminal Mischief. This incident remains under investigation.
On April 27, 2021 at 6:42 A.M., Oelwein Officers were called to the 300 block 7th AV SW for a reported Theft. This incident remains under investigation.
On April 27, 2021 at 12:02 P.M., Oelwein Officers arrested Kourtney Nicole Isaac, 27, of Oelwein. Isaac was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault. This arrest followed an incident in the 10 block 5th AV NE.
On April 25, 2021 at $:15 a.m., Oelwein Officers responded to the 200 block of 5th Avenue NE in Oelwein for a domestic disturbance. Officers arrested Dustin Gene Harger, age 38 of Oelwein on a charge of Violation of a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order, a Simple Misdemeanor.

On April 17, 2021 at 6:58 P.M., Oelwein Police arrested Skylar Joseph Buhr, 31, of Oelwein. Buhr was arrested on a Fayette County Warrant on an original charge of Contempt of District Court. This arrest followed a traffic stop in the 200 block of 1st ST NE.
On April 17, 2021 at 6:58 P.M., Oelwein Police arrested Mark Allen Olson, 53, of Oelwein. Olson was arrested on and charged with Driving while Barred, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. This arrest followed a traffic stop in the 200 block of 1st ST NE.
